The Healthy Half- Blog-001

Hello and welcome to the Healthy Half blog. The Healthy Half is a
segment of the show where I help you and me get back into shape. When
Me-saj and I were developing the concept of the show, we decided that we
wanted most of the segments to be geared towards helping undiscovered
artists gain notoriety. It is important that artists maintain good health,
so we came up with the Healthy Half.

This summer I sustained a shoulder injury which prevented me from
working out. As a result, I fell a little out of shape. So here it is now
December and I have been not been going to the gym as often as I used
to. I'm really not too out of shape but I'm not where I'd like to be.
However, God's timing is great. With the New Year coming and many
people making their own weight loss resolutions, along comes the Healthy
Half.

In the Healthy Half, I will track my own workouts, health routines,
and hopefully you will come along for the ride. So, stay tuned to this
Blog and The Half Show for our Healthy Half!

A comic void was left this pass weekend as comic legend Richard Pryor died at 65. We miss you already Rich! He was the funniest man alive, truly a king among man. The King is dead, long live the King.
